Our self-aligning welding turning roll, also known as welding rotator, is a versatile multi-functional rotary equipment designed for cylindrical metal workpiece processing. This single machine can handle a wide range of tasks including circumferential welding, surface grinding, vessel fabrication and pipe support.
Core Design Features
The self-aligning swing arm roller structure automatically adjusts angles to fit round workpieces of different diameters. Operators don't need manual adjustments when switching between small pipes and large vessels. The rollers maintain balanced supporting force during operation, effectively preventing workpiece slipping, axial movement and radial shaking.
Heavy-Duty Construction
Built with thick Q235B steel plates and profiles, fully welded and stress-relieved to eliminate internal residual stress. The rigid frame withstands vibration from welding arcs and grinding forces, maintaining stable performance during long-hour continuous operation.
Roller Specifications
Precision cast steel roller cores covered with high-performance polyurethane rubber coating. The polyurethane layer provides outstanding heat resistance, wear resistance and anti-slip properties, protecting workpiece surfaces from scratches and indentations.

Supports forward/reverse rotation, continuous operation and jog inching. Optional wireless remote control available.
